Today

Every dose due today, on one card

Each row shows the dose and your units, so the number is there when the syringe is in your hand. Tap the circle to log it at your usual amount. Tap Skip and the day still adds up.

  • Each row names the vial in use by its cap color.
  • Syringes show units, pens show clicks and sprays show sprays.
  • Twice-daily doses get two circles.
  • Injections show the site that's up next.

Injection sites

The next site is already picked

A body map shades each site by how recently you used it. The one that has rested longest is marked next up, and a one-tap log lands there. You can pick another spot whenever you like.

  • Front and back, across abdomen, thighs, upper arms, flanks and glutes.
  • Keep the rotation to the areas you use.
  • Each dose keeps the site it went into.

Vials and stock

Your vial counts down as you log

Every logged dose comes off the vial, using the units you set for it. You see how many doses are left and the day it runs empty. The runway counts every vial in your drawer, so you know when to reorder.

  • The vial in use shows its cap color and lot, so you grab the right one first try.
  • Keep the COA with the lot it came with.
  • Inventory shows how long each compound lasts at your dose.
BPC-157 card: vial gauge with 7 doses left, 250 mcg, 10u, empty about Nov 9. In use: lavender cap, lot B-2209, with a COA button. 2 more in stock, runs out about Dec 19. Exposure

See what's likely on board between doses

DepthVitals draws a curve from the doses you log and each compound's commonly cited half-life. It shows where you are now, your steady range and when the next low comes. Change a dose and you can watch the new level build in.

It's a model of what you logged. It assumes each dose delivered what you recorded, and it can't see a weak or degraded vial. The app says so wherever it shows these figures.

On board, tirzepatide: about 5 mg, about 1.5 doses' worth and clearing, with the next low on Friday. On board, tirzepatide: about 5 mg, about 1.5 doses' worth and clearing, with the next low on Friday.
Your curve: weekly peaks and troughs inside a steady range, solid for logged doses and dashed for the next two weeks. Your curve: weekly peaks and troughs inside a steady range, solid for logged doses and dashed for the next two weeks.
Bio

Lab results, read in from a photo

Take a photo of a lab report or pick the PDF. DepthVitals reads each result it can make out, with its date, and places it against a reference range for your sex and age. When you retest, the new result sits next to the last one, so you can see which way each marker moved.

  • A Watch card collects anything outside its range.
  • Smart scale and DEXA readouts come in the same way.
  • Type results in by hand whenever you like.

Coach

Ask about your own numbers

The Coach reads your protocols, dose history, labs, body metrics and check-ins before it answers. Ask in plain words and the answer is built on your data.

It explains and gives general health education. It won't work out a dose or tell you to change one, and for anything clinical it points you to your prescriber.

The Coach tab: asked which labs moved since June, it lists vitamin D, ApoB and A1C with their old and new values, and notes one retest can't show cause. Privacy

Your records stay on your iPhone

There's no account to make. Your protocols, labs and notes live on your phone, and nothing syncs to a server. When you ask the Coach something or scan a lab report, DepthVitals sends what that request needs to Anthropic's AI. Anthropic doesn't use it to train AI and deletes it within 30 days.

Work out your units for a new vial

Find Your Numbers is a free page on this site. Enter what's in the vial and the dose you take, and it shows the units to draw on a U-100 syringe, the clicks on a pen or the sprays from a bottle, with the math laid out so you can check it.

Try DepthVitals before it's in the App Store

DepthVitals is in beta on TestFlight, Apple's app for trying iPhone apps before release. Send a request by email and you'll get a TestFlight invite when a spot opens.

Before you join

  • It's a beta. Features change between updates and some things will break. Export a backup from Settings now and then.
  • iPhone only. You'll need TestFlight, free from the App Store. Each beta build lasts 90 days, and new ones arrive through TestFlight.
  • It's a tracker. DepthVitals keeps the doses and units you enter. It doesn't recommend a dose or a product, and the Coach gives general education only. Check anything clinical with your prescriber.
  • Your records stay on your phone. There's no account. The Coach and lab scanning send what they need to Anthropic's AI, as described under Privacy.
  • What Apple shares with us. Through TestFlight we see your name and email, your iPhone model and iOS version, and crash reports from the beta, along with any feedback you send from TestFlight.
  • You need to be 18 or older.

Opens your email app with a short request to fill in. If nothing opens, write to support@depthvitals.com with “Beta request” in the subject.
